This hotel has a "business hotel" feel. That being said, it has great details that make the stay very pleasant and I would definitely use it again: 1. Firstly, all the staff is amazing. Everyone we encountered was kind, efficient, professional, welcoming. 10/10 for the staff. I hope they are treated well because they make the experience. 2. The bed wasn't huge, but it was extremely comfortable. It was so comfortable we didn't miss our king size bed / didn't feel we needed more space! 3. Details go a long way: the toiletries are nice, and there's some local treats in the room (specialty popcorn and soda from the area) gifted by the hotel. 4. Location is unbeatable. 5. While the room isn't large (this is NYC after all), it was well designed and there was plenty of space to open two large suitcases and two carry ons. The layout of the room was comfortable, and we were in the most basic one. 6. Value for money is good.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure our stay was special. The service was exceptional, and the personal touches truly made a difference. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions, and with stunning views that we’ll never forget. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained every single day, and the bed was so comfortable that we felt completely rested after each busy day exploring. Our honeymoon was made even more memorable by our stay at the Park Terrace Hotel. If you’re looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and warmth, this hotel is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back someday!

I have stayed here now 3 times over the past two years; from premium rooms to now a Classic room; even the classic room offer great comfort and still good sized room. I travel alone and therefore a good location is a must in such a big city; this could not be better located at Bryant park and great connections with underground. Arlette at the front desk is very friendly and accommodating; will go beyond what is expected. Room & public areas are kept clean to the highest standard. Great logical features both in and outside room; usb port in logic places, complimentary water bottles & filling in front of the elevator. Let’s not forget their stunning restaurant on the ground floor! All together; I hope I can return very soon again.

The location in Manhattan with my room overlooking Bryant Park was fabulous, but came with a hefty price. I have included a photo of the view from Room 1410. The staff is wonderful, and that includes the front lobby desk, Door persons and servers at The Branch, a comfy lounge for adult friends, work and/or cocktails! Lovely Let's go back to location. I was able to walk to the Empire State Building with in 11 minutes, the Summit at the Vanderbilt Experience next to Grand Central Station in 8 minutes, 5 minutes to Time Square, and of course only 1/2 block from 5th Avenue! What else does one need?

Nice room, staff (especially gentleman who checked us in) were extremely pleasant. Upon finding out was our Anniversary trip - he sent wine up to room. Thank you for that - was a nice touch and very kind. Did not really explore much of hotel - just too busy discovering NYC but did get coffee one morning and lounge area was very nice to sit. Fantastic location - good coffee shops/restaurants on same street, also next to park and had opportunity to experience some of the summer events/concert.
